Personal Experience

After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley, I pursued nursing studies at Johns Hopkins University and have been working as a registered nurse since 2016. In 2024, I earned my MBA.

In 2020, I developed a strong interest in real estate and began investing independently. Inspired by my mother, a licensed real estate broker, I obtained my California real estate salesperson license in 2022.

Fluent in both Japanese and English, I am able to effectively serve a diverse and international client base.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensures timely delivery of disclosures and compliance materials
• Manages all escrow documentation
• Interfaces directly with escrow companies
• Oversees onboarding and ensures all necessary documents are collected and completed prior to listing a business
• Serves clients in both Japanese and English
