In 2013, I moved to the United States to start my career as a restaurant manager for Global Dining California Inc., the American subsidiary of Global Dining. After that, I joined Iteam Restaurant Group Inc., where I helped launch new restaurants and provided consulting for Japanese eateries. In 2015, I became the President of Bun Geiz Corporation, where I managed our ramen shops and offered support for new restaurant openings and management services.
Currently, I run JRC Advisors, specializing in business brokerage for the restaurant industry, commercial real estate sales and leasing, and restaurant opening support in Los Angeles and Orange County, California. I also hold a California real estate license and am certified as a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) by the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). My accomplishments in the industry have earned me numerous awards.
