Personal Experience

Matthew  runs transaction support for JRC’s restaurant sales across Southern California. He prepares the materials that move a deal from listing to closing. That includes due diligence packages (financials, leases, licences and permits, FF&E lists, entity documents and seller disclosures), marketing materials and online listings. He also coordinates California ABC liquor licence transfers (Types 41, 47 and 48) with buyers, sellers and escrow so they stay on schedule. Between deals, he writes regular performance reports for JRC’s sellers and keeps the buyer and seller pipeline organized. Buyers and sellers get prompt, well-documented service at every stage.
